Our Story
Founded over 25 years ago in South Africa, Mineware Consulting has grown from a specialist mining software developer into a globally connected mine management technology company. In February 2026, Mineware joined the Datamine Group, one of the world's leading mining technology organisations, expanding our reach to over 20 countries and giving our clients access to an end-to-end mining technology platform.
Our flagship product, Syncromine, connects production management, safety, survey, ore accounting, planned maintenance, and bonus calculations into a single integrated environment. Syncromine is in active use at operations run by Harmony Gold, Implats, Northam Platinum, Petra Diamonds, Pan African Resources, and many others across Africa and internationally.
Our strategy is one of genuine partnership. We do not deploy software and move on. Our teams work on site with clients through implementation, training, and ongoing support, building the kind of long-term collaborative relationships that make software actually work in complex operational environments.
