Strategic Discovery Visit: Mineware Heads to Tennant Creek, Australia

We’re pleased to share that Mineware Consulting will be conducting a strategic site visit to Tennant Creek Mine in Australia’s Northern Territory this August, 2025.
Following the recent acquisition of Tennant Consolidated Mining Group by Pan African Resources, Tennant Creek is expected to become a significant gold-producing operation – and we’re proud to be involved at this early, foundational stage.
Our Managing Director, Ian Saker, and Head of Business Development, Werner Minnie, will be on-site to lead a scoping and discovery mission. The purpose of the visit is to gain a deeper understanding of the mine’s operational structure and evaluate how our Syncromine Ore Accounting module might be integrated as part of a long-term digital roadmap.
As Werner notes:
“This visit is about alignment. We want to ensure that any future implementation of Syncromine supports Tennant Creek’s strategic goals from the ground up.”
Our Syncromine Ore Accounting module is designed to bring clarity and control to complex mining environments through:
- End-to-end traceability of ore from source to plant
- Reconciliation of planned vs actual production
- Audit-ready reporting for both compliance and performance
- Integration across dispatch, sampling, and production
- Real-time data capture and anomaly detection
This engagement reflects Mineware’s consultative approach – tailoring every solution to the operational realities of each site. While this is our first formal engagement in Australia, it represents a natural evolution in our international expansion strategy.
We look forward to working closely with Pan African Resources and the Tennant Creek team as they scale operations and embrace new digital capabilities.
If you’re planning for growth and need systems that scale with you, we’re ready to support you. Set up a meeting with our team.
